For purchase, renewal or refund questions, include your PayPal order id or subscription id, and your key's last 4 characters if one was issued. See the Refund Policy for what qualifies.

For API questions, start with the docs; if something is unclear or looks like a bug, include the request id from the response headers and a minimal payload that reproduces the problem (censored to your own perspective — never send another player's hidden tiles).
